The University of Georgia has different types of faculty exchanges with many international partners. There are reciprocal exchanges where a UGA faculty member teaches students at a partner institution for a set period; in turn a faculty member from that institution comes to UGA to teach. UGA hosts international faculty for seminars and sends out faculty to attend seminars at partner institutions. Additionally, UGA departments and colleges provide training and assistance with curriculum development to partner institutions, while international colleagues help UGA faculty member incorporate international components into the UGA curriculum.
