Education Abroad Partnerships

Education abroad refers to programs ranging in length from a few weeks to an entire year through which students further their educational objective at UGA in a foreign country. EA includes traditional study abroad, international service learning, research abroad, and international internships. Although some UGA education abroad programs rely almost solely on UGA resources, many others partner with international institutions to establish local connections which broaden the educational experience. Faculty from partner institutions can offer a unique perspective and specific expertise to UGA students. Additionally, partner institutions sometimes provide classroom facilities, room and board. Please see our Education Abroad section for further information.
