International Student Forms
For a F1 student who need request an I-20 for a dependent.

International student employment forms
For F-1 students. The CPT employment must be required by the department for completion of the degree, receive academic credit and appear in the college catalog as an internship course, or be part of an alternate work/study, cooperative education program.
Pre-completion OPT provides for up to one year of practical training authorization prior to completion of studies. Eligible F-1 students can apply for this benefit up to 120 days before the requested employment start date.
OPT is work permission for F-1 students to gain up to 12 months of work experience in their field of study.
This applies to F-1 students in select fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

F1 student may apply for off-campus employment based on severe economic hardship.
Academic Training (AT) provides an opportunity for J-1 visa holders to gain work experience in their field of study before they return to their home country.
Dependents of exchange visitors who are at the University of Georgia may apply by mail for work permission from the Texas Service Center.
