  •     REGISTRATION OPENS: June 2, 2014
  •     DEADLINE: September 19, 2014
  •     MEALS: Lunch is provided for 2 exhibitors per registration.
  •     Optional 3rd exhibitor lunch available.
  •     SET UP HOURS: Hall opens at 11:00 am for set up each morning

  • All exhibitors must register online by invitation, if you would like to receive an invitation, please contact Laura Paris (laparis@uga.edu).
  • All exhibitors may register for either one or two six foot tables for one or both fair days. Prices vary by day and table requests.
  • Program registration/exhibition is subject to approval by the University of Georgia's Office of International Education.
  • The Office of International Education is unable to engage in any promises regarding location, proximity to other programs, wall space or access to electrical outlets.
  • Late Registration: UGA programs or external providers that do not register by the September 19th deadline will not be guaranteed space. If space is available, a $25 late registration fee will be assessed to the fair registration.
  • Cancellations/No Show: Programs that register for a table but need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances must do so by the September 19th deadline to receive a FULL refund. Other circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Programs/exhibitors that register for table but do not show for their designated fair day(s) will not receive a refund.

  • Payment will be accepted beginning July 1, 2014. Any payments received prior to this deadline will not be processed and will be returned promptly to the sender with a request to resend the payment after July 1st.
  • All exhibitors must pay PRIOR to the fair.
  • Non-UGA exhibitors: Submit the REGISTRATION FEE by check only. Make checks payable to "UGA/OIE". Send checks to the following address: University of Georgia, Office of International Education, Study Abroad Fair, c/o Naomi Molina, 1324 S. Lumpkin Street, Athens, GA 30602.
  • UGA exhibitors: UGA Programs will be direct-billed for the Fair from the account that they specify on the registration form. The Office of International Education will create an e-ticket upon registration confirmation.

  • ONLY Non-UGA exhibitors will receive a parking voucher for the Tate Student Center Parking Deck; one parking voucher per registration.
  • UGA exhibitors/programs: UGA programs will not receive parking vouchers.

  • We will be accepting fair materials beginning July 1, 2014. Please mark materials clearly for the Study Abroad Fair with 'Thursday' or 'Friday'; unmarked material will not be delivered to the fair site.
  • Please do not sent more than 5 boxes.
