Noel Fallows, distinguished research professor in the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, is serving as associate provost for international education. Fallows has long been involved with international education at UGA. While serving as the associate dean of international and multidisciplinary programs in Franklin College, he was liaison for study abroad communications and has managed or overseen over more than 30 international programs with enrollment levels in excess of 1,000 students per year.
Fallows has a doctorate in Spanish from the University of Michigan, and has served as a faculty member here at UGA since 1992. In his time teaching and researching, Fallows focused on medieval and early modern periods, and has published a book on jousting in medieval and Renaissance Iberia.
